Neat. The scribble coloring on the tailgate stamping is cool, too. Kinda gives it the feel of a kids toy blown up to full scale.

I like rangers, was helping my buddy get his 3rd ready for safety, he’s gone from used ranger (good deal, really good little truck), to a total loss ranger he rebuilt himself (also good little truck but getting miled out and rough), to an 04 that started in Louisiana, was imported to Quebec, and Eventually abandoned in Saskatchewan by way of Alberta. (let’s focus on the positive, it was cheap).

What spec is his? Mine is a 1993 4.0, Stick, RWD, with a 3.55 LSD. I bought it for 3k with 104k miles on it and this thing was BABIED. within the year of me buying it, It had the clutch, diff seal, brakes, shift rail plugs, and thermostat done. Plus everything was logged. I have in the maintenance log “Waxed - 10/94 - 3200 miles”. I also booger welded up a glass pack. It sounds great.

the new one is an 04 4.0 4x4 auto xlt with no little suicide doors or jumpseats in the extended cab, non tilt column, and for some reason most of the wires in the ignition harness were yellow (that’s a new one for me). his firs was a 93 4.0 stick rwd, that truck was awesome.
